After reviewing the of past four years of sales the downward trend in foreclosure homes for sale in Windemere in San Ramon CA is readily apparent. Beginning in 2007 there were 3 sales – 2 detached homes and 1 attached home. The year 2008 saw 37 total sales split 26 to 11 detached and attached respectively.
