July 26, 2008 – 16 Short Sales in San Ramon CA sold and closed during the period from April 1, 2008 through July 26, 2008, Eleven were single family homes and five were condos or townhouses.

·         Eleven detached single family homes sold from a low of $559,500 to a high of $1,175,000. The median sale price of short sales in San Ramon CA is $860,000 for single family homes after an average 133 days on the market.

·         Five attached homes including townhouses and condos sold from a low of $333,000 for a high of $590,000. The median sale price of short sales in San Ramon CA is $380,000 for attached homes after an average 131 days on the market. Of note: The homes that sold at or below median sale price all had two bedrooms and the homes that sold above median sale price all had three bedrooms.
