The award-winning 35 person Zunyi Acrobatic Troupe of China will present “Cirque D’ Amour” at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center March 29, 2008 at 8:00 pm. Tickets for this performance are just $40.
“Cirque D’Amour” recounts ancient Chinese tales through songs, dance and mind-blowing acrobatics. Join this fabulous journey of discovery with colorful dragons, fire-breathing lizards, mischievous fairies and giant playful bugs. This presentation will be assisted by creative costumes and stage props. The troupers will bring together the best of traditional Chinese and modern Western acrobatic movements and choreography.
The Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center is a 600 seat proscenium theater located on the Dougherty Valley High School Campus at 10550 Albion Rd, San Ramon 94582.
