I took buyers yesterday to see a REO property that was listed only 12 days but was “Back on the Market” due to buyer financing issues. This home for sale in Windemere was very competitively priced at $649,900. This particular model is 1,859 square feet and come in two options; three bedroom with bonus room or four bedrooms. There are comparables in Windemere currently being offered at $665,000 and $698,888. The most recent sale of this model was at 1513 Craiglee Way that closed at $678,000 in late January.
There have been a lot of showings as evidenced by the quantity of business cards in the kitchen. There was an agent waiting to bring his buyers in when we left.
