It’s generally perceived as a non-threatening question and quite easy for them to respond to. I get to learn more about what they like in a home and find memorable. Abbington at Mosaic at Gale Ranch is getting good word-of-mouth. Some say they really like the stylish exteriors with custom architectural details (brick and stone accents, tile roof, wooden shutters, hand-crafted eave details, wrought iron railings). The model center for Abbington at Mosaic at Gale Ranch includes two different versions of each floor plan. The second set of models are very close to base models, unfurnished, without decorator paint packages and massive upgrades, making it easier for the buyer to see the basic product. This set-up seems to make a lot of sense to the buyers. They’ve seen…and remembered both.
