Let's count our blessings. We have a fast-food burger joint serving fresh food made the old-fashioned way in the adjoining town of San Ramon. For those that don't travel a lot, you may not know how very, very lucky we are. IN-N-OUT has locations in only three states, California, Nevada and Arizona. Frankly, my east coast children and spouses direct me to IN-N-OUT as a first stop after picking them up at the airport. There really is nothing like a burger made from fresh, not frozen beef and french fries made from fresh pototoes, cut right in the store. IN-N-OUT Burgers was founded in 1948 and remains privately owned.
You can feel good about purchasing fresh food from IN-N-OUT Burgers as they give back to the communitiesw they are located in via donations directed to help abused and neglected children via their Foundation. The Foundation is supported primarily through donor contributions, including those resulting from fundraising activities sponsored by IN-N-OUT Burgers and their employees.
