“GRI” stands for “Graduate, Realtor® Institute”. What that means in plain English terms is that I have extensive training in real estate related matters that can mean I work smarter and better for you! In fact less than 15% of all Realtors® acquire this designation. To receive my GRI, I had to complete 135 hours of classroom education and pass 3 exams!
•· A Designated “CRS” Achiever
“CRS” stands for “Certified Residential Specialist” and is the most rigorous and professional residential designation available to REALTORS®. Less than 4% of all Realtors® acquire this designation. To receive my CRS, I had to complete 80 hours of classroom education and pass 5 exams, but more importantly, I had to prove I was a performer. The minimum requirement is 25 transaction sides. Time with a license does not equal experience. Successfully executed contracts and closed transactions show proven ability!
•· A Designated “ABR” Achiever The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Vickie brings with her over 20 years of professional experience including a ten year stint as Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for a large public corporation. As an expert in my previous field, I developed a passion for professional development to take my skills to the highest level. Moving forward, within my first year of becoming a Realtor®, I achieved the prestigious National Association of Realtors designations of GRI and CRS. Less than 5% of Realtors in the country have both these designations, and very few achieve that within their first year of business. In addition, Vickie is an Accredited Home Staging Professional and brings with her the knowledge of how to professionally stage your home and position it in its best light.

Vickie spent the first half of her life in farm and horse country in Kentucky. She and her husband became residents of San Ramon in 2000. Following a recent hiatus in South Florida they have returned for good. “The San Ramon Valley is home”, said Vickie. Her children attended school here and one of the main reasons she came back to this area was because of the school systems in the Diablo and Tri-Valley areas. Vickie says, “People want to live in this area because of our fantastic school systems.”
